01 / THE JOY OF BROWSINGAR / EXPERIENCE

Your habits. No compromises.

It wasn’t just a browser. It was your way of making sense of the web. We’re rebuilding what made the difference.

A space for every you.

Work, creativity, life. Different worlds, beautifully organized tabs, and a change of space that changes everything.

SPACES, FOLDERS & FAVORITES

Two pages. One idea.

A reference on one side. Your project on the other. Split View keeps your pages in the same field of vision.

SPLIT VIEW

It all starts with ⌘ T.

Open a page, find a tab, follow an idea. The command bar takes you straight to what matters.

02 / THE NEXT CHAPTER2026

Arc is ending.The idea isn’t.

We loved Arc for the same reasons you did. Its interface, its freedom, its attention to detail. Its announced shutdown made us want to rebuild that experience, as faithfully as we can.

Arc Reborn is an independent project. A reconstruction, not Arc’s original source code. A way to preserve what mattered, and shape what comes next together.

A FEW ANSWERS

Before you go.

01What exactly is Arc Reborn?

An independent project rebuilding the Arc experience: spaces, vertical tabs, favorites, Split View, and keyboard navigation. The goal is to stay as faithful as possible to what made it special. The project is still in development.

02Is this an official Browser Company project?

No. Arc Reborn is an independent initiative, with no affiliation to The Browser Company. It is a reconstruction, not the original Arc source code.

03How do I download Arc Reborn?

Choose “Download for Mac” to get the latest stable DMG for Apple silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later.

04Where can I find the source code?

The public tiff75009/arcreborn repository on GitHub contains the project source under the MPL 2.0 license.

05Will every Arc feature be available?

Our ambition is to recreate the Arc experience as faithfully as possible. The rebuild is progressing step by step; that ambition doesn’t mean every Arc feature or integration is already available.

Still Arc. Already next.
